From Listers:
When a prospective tenant fills out the form to contact about the property, does the email come to me?
The form requires a 1 business day to setup. Once the form is set-up, it will send the information request to the email address you signed up with. If someone fills out the form to contact you BEFORE the form is setup to send to you, it will be delivered to a "catch-all" email account at City House Rentals, and be manually forwarded to you.
I paid to list a property, but now I can't figure out how to add it.
Click the "My Information" button, and choose edit property. Property Listings you purchased will be available in this screen.
I filled out all the information, but I can't figure out how to activate it.
Click the "My Information" button, and choose edit property. Directly under the property there is a link to "activate listing". Click that link, then change the "Active: No", to "Active" (or "yes") and save your changes. That will activate your property.
I paid for a 30 day listing, but never activated my property. Now it's 31 days later and it won't let me activate it.
Once your listing expires, you will be unable to activate it without renewing it. Even if the listing was never active, it was in the system for 30 days and has now expired.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Click the "My Information" button, and choose "Manage Subscription". There you will see the option to cancel your subscription.
I purchased a listing and not a subscription. How do I cancel that?
Purchased listings are for 30 days. Once those 30 days have passed, the listing will no longer be displayed on our site. If you wish the listing to no longer be displayed, you can go edit the property and change "Active: Yes", to "Inactive" and save your changes. That will cause the property to no longer appear on our site. However, there will be no refunds for days where the property is showing as "Inactive".

Someone has added offensive information to a listing.
